Field Service Expert – Hempel – Kampen
For our client Hempel in the Netherlands we are looking for a Field Service Expert. In this role you are strengthening commercial relations with new and existing customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

About the role
At Hempel they want to continue to grow their business. In this fulltime role you play an active role, in prospecting and acquisition. You work in close collaboration with the Research & Development, Customer Service and Quality Control departments. In addition you provide technical advice, service and support to our customers on Hempel coating products.
- The optimization of product data sheets, unique selling points and optimization and updating of panels for sales purposes
- Delivering in house training at customers
- Prospecting and acquisition of new customers
- Supporting line processes of customers
- Advising customers on modifying products if needed
Who are we looking for?
You have the ability to drive results, to collaborate, to earn trust and are customer focused. You have a hands-on mentality and have good communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus). To succeed in this role, you also require a Technical educational background at HBO level combined with a minimum of 5 years experience in Technical Services.
